01. Architect.
For a digital workplace solution, many cogs have to mesh together. Especially on the basis of Microsoft 365, it is important to know the various components in order to obtain a smart, stable, secure and expandable solution.
02. Engineer.
An engineer finds the best way to create the right solutions from requirements. My aim is to understand the users in order to choose the right approach and find a solution that inspires.
03. Solution Developer.
My motto is: the simplest solutions are the best. The standard possibilities of the software platforms are already gigantic. Nevertheless, a significantly better result can often be achieved through small additional developments.
04. Project Manager.
Especially in enterprise projects, I am used to work in teams. I was able to lead many of these projects as a project manager. I have been working with agile frameworks for many years. I’m sure that it is important for a project manager to have implementation experience as well.

During this time, I was able to work for over 90% of the DAX companies. The experiences I was able to gain and the knowledge I gained in the process still inspire me today. That’s why I’m looking forward to many more exciting projects..

Responsible for technical solutions of Hirschtec Xperts GmbH. In that time we worked a lot with Add-Ons for SharePoint like Valo, Powell, LiveTiles. One of our intranet solutions won the German design award.

The Bechtle AG has above 14.000 employees. It was one of the first companies in Germany for eCommerce, is leading for IT components and delivers many software services. As HanseVision was merged, I was responsible for solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint.
